While I do not participate as an in-network provider with health insurance plans, most insurance companies do provide partial coverage for services rendered by an out-of-network provider. You will be responsible for payment and I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company or flexible spending plan for your entitled reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.

Psychotherapy sessions typically occur on a weekly or every other week basis, though frequency will be determined by a client’s individual needs.
Our first couple of meetings will involve an evaluation of your needs. By the end of the evaluation, I will offer you some initial impressions and recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions during this process. We will mutually decide if I am the best person to provide the services you need to help you achieve your goals.
I also offer video sessions to accommodate busy lifestyles.
I understand that life is busy and sometimes comes with unexpected changes to your schedule. With more than 24 hours notice, I am happy to try to accommodate you to the best of my ability.
However, if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee. No show or late cancellations cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
